Your ManAndStone bracelets are made with very durable elastic cord and with good care can last for years.
We recommend the following tips:

1. Avoid letting them sit for too long in strong sunlight or excessive heat which can weaken the cord.

2. Remove them when bathing or swimming or engaging in vigorous activities like sports.

3. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals like soaps, shampoos and lotions.

4. Try to roll them onto your hand rather than pulling them on.

Please note: Elastic cord can still break even with great care and the cord can become too stretch out over time. If you should need to have your ManAndStone bracelets restrung, please contact us and we will provide you with instructions to send them to us for repair/resizing/restringing.

These simple instructions will help you measure your wrist properly to determine the bracelet size and fit.

When measuring for bracelets, use a flexible, soft tape measure, tightly where your wrist is BROADEST--the area below the wrist bone (just above your hand). This is ones actual wrist size, not your bracelet size.

Once you know the actual wrist size you then decide how you would like the bracelet to fit...either snug, a little loose, loose, very loose...and you add a 1/4" for each fit.

So if the actual wrist size is 7" depending on the fit you want, you would order:
7.25" - snug (please sure to take an accurate wrist measurement or bracelet will be too tight.)
7.5" - a little loose
7.75" - loose
8"- very loose
